Mimi joined the Portland office of KS&Co as the Director of Employee Benefit Plan Services in January 2010. Prior to joining KS&Co, Mimi was a director with KPMG LLP, managing the Portland office Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) practice serving clients in a variety of industries located in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

Mimi worked on KPMG's benefit plan National Leadership Team developing and teaching KPMG's EBP audit methodology, technology updates and national training programs for the firm. She was one of two individuals selected in 2009 to teach at KPMG's Global Delivery Center in Bangalore, India. Mimi also served on KPMG's 2009 "go to market" strategy team responsible for identifying clients required to meet the 403(b) audit requirements. Mimi presented at several KPMG sponsored seminars on 403(b) audit requirements and preparedness.

Prior to moving to Portland, Mimi served as a trust officer for the Trust Company of Oklahoma, the largest privately owned trust company in the state of Oklahoma. Her responsibilities included plan design and administration, resolution of compliance and operational issues, and annual compliance testing and reporting to the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor.
