Clark Dunn has been practicing tax and accounting since 1995, specializing in corporate, multistate, real estate, pass-through entities and closely held businesses.  His experience allows him to provide tax planning and practical solutions to business problems.   

Clark has managed and performed tax planning, consulting, research and compliance projects for privately and publicly held corporations including large and middle market C corporation and S corporations.  He has experience with corporate acquisitions and multi-state tax filings (combined state filings, separate filings, apportionment and allocation issues).  He also has strong financial accounting knowledge and experience with tax accrual calculations (ASC 740) and Financial Statement Reporting by public companies (Form 10-Q, 10-K). 

Clark graduated from California Polytechnic University – Pomona in 1995 and joined Kieckhafer, Schiffer & Company in 1997.
