Ann, a tax manager in the Irvine office of KS&Co, has been praticing in the public accounting field since 2001.  Prior to joining the firm in 2005, she worked for local medium sized CPA firms where she gained broad experience in various industries and entity types.  Her professional focus is on middle-market businesses and high net-worth individuals.  She strives to provide clients with responsive and prompt service at all times and enjoys assisting them with their success as their needs evolve. 

As a Tax Manager, her experience and service philosophy ensure that clients' individual, coporation, partnership and limited liability company compliance and planning needs are met timely and efficiently.  She services clients in professinal services, health care, real estate, engineering, manufacturing, consulting and a variety of other high-growth closely-held businesses. 

Ann graduated from the California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems.  She also obtained a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of Southern California. 

In her spare time, Ann enjoys exercising, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
